A Revolutionary NEW Way of Putting!

I always considered the strength of my game to be from 150 yards out from the green, pitching, chipping and putting and that’s why I created my on line short game program www.measurableresultsgolf.com and I would encourage you to check it out.

But since creating the program I have created a putting stroke that I believe could help you putt better, yes even if you have the yips. And that’s what I would like to share with you.

Ok imagine a shelf support where it goes from the underside of the shelf and angles back towards the wall, roughly at an angle of 45 degrees, bracing and holding the shelf in position.

This guy’s is the magic move, well position anyway!
I would like you to set up in your putting position as you would normally. Put the ball in the middle of your stance, arms hanging down, putter in the center and the ball directly under your eye line.

Now forget all of that! This is only for those of you golfers who dare to be different:

1st. Set up with your normal stance and the ball just inside your left heel (for right handed players) with your eyes slightly INSIDE the target line. This way you can see down the line much easier.
2nd. Now make sure that your left arm is hanging down directly from your armpit in a straight line and that’s the position it should maintain throughout the putting stroke.
3rd. Position your right arm under the left and grip the putter. You will see that it is at an acute angle of about 60 degrees, and your right hand will feel like it is under the left. This is where we want it!
4th. Now you are ready to putt. Make a slight forward press and then stroke the ball by rocking your shoulders backwards and forwards keeping your left arm absolutely straight and the right arm directly underneath as if it were the support for a shelf
5th. Make sure that the stroke has a shorter backswing, about one third and the forward swing is about two thirds of the stroke!
6th. On the forward stroke, make sure to keep the bottom of the putter as close to the ground throughout, and you MUST hold your finish until the ball goes into the hole.

This is a revolutionary way of putting and I am sure that it will difficult to you at first, but I promise that when you get used to it you will see a big difference in your results. The big benefit is that it enables you to keep the putter going directly down the intended path for a longer period.

Making a change like this is not easy, but I can tell you from personal experience that I have been using this putting technique and have experienced some terrific results. All I am suggesting is, try it, and if you would like to talk to me about how this concept could work for you, just drop me a note in the comments box below.

I especially like the part where you instruct the student to place the ball/putter ahead in their stance. Our P2 has proven that the putter face squares to the target line 99% of the time closer to the left heal.

Check us out! We are having success in golf academies as a tool to prove where the putter face is square to the target line. I think it might be the visual you need to reinforce your system.
